A: Yes, We carry License, liability insurance including Workers
Compensation and Bonding Insurance.

Q: Do I need to supply anything?
A: No, Atlclean supplies all cleaning supplies and equipment but if you
prefer a particular product or your equipment just let us know and we will
happy to use it.

Q: Do we have to sign a contract?
A: We are confident in our ability to provide quality service every time we
clean.  You are free to cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning at any
time.

Q: Do you have references?
A: Yes. We have references from all of the Atlanta Area, when you call us
for a quote we can provide them.

Q: How do you determine rates?
A: The price is determined by the size of the home. Just call us at 404
734 1536 and after a few questions, you will receive your free quote.

Q: How do I pay for my cleaning services?
A: we accept payment by cash, check and money order.


Q: Your personal are uniformed?
A: Yes all team members have uniform with the logo and the name in
front.

Q: How many people will clean my home?
A: Two to three people will clean your home. Team size depends on the
size of your home.

Q: How do you access my home?
A: We must be able to access your home to provide services. There are
three choices:
1. - You may meet the cleaner.
2. - You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your
residence.
3. - You may leave a key on file in our key safe.

Q: How do you protect my keys?
A: Your key is coded as soon as it enters the office. It will be stored in a
locked key storage box to which only Atlclean management has access.
The day of your scheduled cleaning, your key is matched to your order.
At the end of the day, the service provider returns all keys to the
manager, who then places them back into the secured storage box.

Q: What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
A: If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to
reschedule your cleaning service.

Q: What if a member of your staff breaks something?
A: Accidents do occur occasionally. Our insurance carriers will handle any
major losses, while we usually handle minor mishaps directly.
